- About
A heating and air contractor that follows the water.
Primeway HVAC & Building Coatings works on homes and businesses from FM 2978, on the west side of The Woodlands.
Diagnose, show, price, then do.
The order does not change. We measure and trace, show you what we found with photographs, put the price in writing, and only then do the work. If it turns out to be bigger than it looked, we stop and talk to you.
What is particular to us is attention to the water. In a humid climate a lot of HVAC problems are really drainage and insulation problems, and a lot of service visits never look at either. Ours always do.
Five things you can hold us to.
- Written prices
- Before anything billable begins; per unit on commercial jobs.
- Evidence
- Photographs of anything we say is wrong.
- The water path
- Drain, trap, pans and switch tested on every service visit.
- Honest sizing
- Replacements chosen on a load calculation, not upsized by habit.
- Limits stated
- No drywall, roofing or mould remediation; no health or insurance advice. We will tell you who to call.
Half the work
Houses across The Woodlands, Spring, Conroe, Magnolia and Tomball — most of them with the air handler in the attic.
The other half
Offices, retail, medical suites, restaurants and light industrial buildings, including roofs full of packaged units.
What "Building Coatings" does and doesn't mean.
Primeway HVAC & Building Coatings is a heating and air conditioning contractor. "Building Coatings" is part of the business name, not a second trade — we do not paint, seal, waterproof or coat buildings. It is worth saying plainly so nobody books a visit expecting it.
There are no review counts, star ratings, staff biographies, founding years or project counts on this site. Those belong to the business and will be added when the business supplies them.
Texas licensing
Air conditioning contractors in Texas are licensed by the state. The business's licence number belongs in the footer and on this page, and will be added when supplied — not shown as a placeholder that could be mistaken for a real one.
