Ducts and insulation.
A cold duct in a humid attic sweats wherever its insulation is torn, compressed or missing. We find those places, re-insulate and seal them, fix disconnected or crushed runs, and check the boots behind every ceiling vent that has ever dripped.
Leaks on the return side matter too: they pull hot, wet attic air straight into the system, which makes both the cooling and the water problem worse.
Maintenance that checks the water path.
Coils cleaned, filters changed, electrical connections and current draw checked, refrigerant state measured, and on gas furnaces the burners and venting inspected. Then the part many visits skip: drain line flushed, trap checked, pans inspected, float switch tested with water, and attic ducts looked at for sweating.
